Recruiting Relationship

For many years, our team have worked closely with businesses of all sizes from SMEs to Corporates throughout the UK & international. In 2019 we refined the strategy of the business to focus solely on IT recruitment in the UK.

Our team has an unparalleled level of expertise in both recruiting for and running IT businesses or departments.

We now work with a relatively small number of clients who demand a responsive service and provide the Greenlight People team with a flow of new requirements, often sharing privileged knowledge about future organisational change to allow us to plan ahead. Our team will invest their time in building a talent pool for the clients to enable pro-active succession planning or rapid expansion if the opportunity arises.

We keep our fees simple and transparent to enable easy budget approval, we keep our communication regular to fit with your internal update reviews and we really appreciate the mutual respect our team gets from the clients. There is rarely a shortage of chocolates at Christmas for our team from thankful clients.

Often, with the right preparation, the best people placements can be a catalyst for positive change in the employer, we work to make sure our candidates have the maximum chance of having a positive impact.
