Preparation

For many years, our team have worked closely with businesses of all sizes from SMEs to Corporates throughout the UK & international. This depth of experience helps Greenlight match the right people to the right roles.

Our team works privately with people to understand their goals and aspirations for their next position & then introduces them to well matched opportunities. We will ask you the awkward questions: why are you moving, what are you good at, who do you want to work for etc. with the sole goal of finding you the best role we can.

If you are clear about your ideal next role then our team can often identify an unadvertised vacancy as we share in the HR succession planning of many of our clients.

Often, with the right preparation, the best people placements can be a catalyst for positive change in the employer, we work to make sure you have the maximum chance of having a positive impact.
