The services of a modern recruitment agency are many and varied, within our focus niche of IT recruitment we can cater for most requirements and advise or refer to other specialists where we can’t. The only exception is that Greenlight People will not offer a recruitment service for a Zero hours contract or a role looking to pay under the governments living wage commitment, we hope you understand.

Permanent Recruitment
The core service provide by the Greenlight People team is that of Permanent recruitment and we keep our fee structure very simple as shown below:

Our typical process (although few jobs are typical in recruitment)
- Validate the finer details of the Job Role & prepare a detail Job Description
- Build a detailed profile of the Client & their major selling points to a prospective candidate
- Assess against Greenlight pre-screened Hot Candidate list
- Discuss role with suitable Hot Candidates
- Submit to the client any “ideal & excited” Hot Candidates
- Design a candidate sourcing strategy for the role
- Continue the sourcing service using multiple techniques (Job Boards/Internal Databases/Partner Databases/Social Media etc)
- Build a long list of potential candidates who’s profile matches
- Telephone screening to establish interest, validate capabilities & confirm UK right to work status
- Confirm in writing that the candidate is interested and has not applied before via an alternative agency
- Shortlist candidates
- Telephone/Skype/Face2Face interview to test CV accuracy, sell the client to the candidate and build an additional profile
- Submit to the client the best few “excited” candidates
- Organise interviews and prepare candidates for interview
- Manage client feedback & potential 2nd interview
- Broker the Job Offer to ensure all parties are delighted
- Monitor the resignation and notice period to avoid last-minute drop outs
- Congratulate upon start
- Client Update Meetings
- Post-placement services
- Request candidate feedback on the Greenlight People process
- Request client feedback on the Greenlight People process
- Process all commercial invoicing on a professional and timely basis
- Schedule 1 month, 3 month & 1-year anniversary check-ups with the candidate
- Request to be considered for future roles
