Guiding Principles
The relationship between Greenlight People and you “the candidate” is one of trust.
Detailed below are our guiding principles to mutual success:
- Upon commencement of a career agent relationship, the candidate will commit to providing full and honest answers to all questions asked to enable the Greenlight People team to build a compelling profile of you.
- The candidate will ensure any documents provided: CV, letters of introduction, references etc are truthfully written in good English.
- Candidates will on occasion be provided details of confidential unadvertised job opportunities from Greenlight People clients. These opportunities should remain confidential to avoid exclusion as a candidate.
- Any appointments booked with a client for a candidate must be attended in a timely manner & with a professional approach.
- Once engaged on an opportunity with a Greenlight People client the candidate will commit to keeping the Greenlight consultant up to date with all communications on the subject.
- The candidate will also advise on the status of any other external opportunities that may affect the successful offer of employment from the client.
- Should the candidate decide not to progress an opportunity this should be communicated to his/her Greenlight consultant with immediate effect thus allowing the consultant to look at alternative options for the client. This will not be taken negatively as both parties need to be happy.
Your Greenlight consultant will invest a significant amount of time in promoting you & securing the ideal next role. We simply ask for honesty, integrity & enthusiasm in return.
Working with our team should be fun and exciting as we find your next career move.
