Our Process Begins once Assignment is Agreed

  • Validate the finer details of the Job Role & prepare a detail Job Description
  • Build a detailed profile of the Client & their major selling points to a prospective candidate
  • Design a candidate sourcing strategy for the role
  • Begin the initial sourcing service using multiple techniques (Job Boards/Internal Databases/Partner Databases/Social Media etc)
  • Build a long list of potential candidates whos profile matches (typically 10-15)
  • Telephone screening to establish interest, validate capabilities & confirm UK right to work status
  • Confirm in writing that the candidate is interested and has not applied before via an alternative agency
  • Short list candidates (typically to 5-8)
  • Telephone/Skype/Face2Face interview to test CV accuracy, sell the client to the candidate and build additional profile
  • Submit to client the best few “excited” candidates (typically 2-4)
  • Organise interviews and prepare candidates for interview
  • Manage client feedback & poetntial 2nd interview
  • Broker the Job Offer to ensure all parties are delighted
  • Monitor the resignation and notice period to avoid last minute drop outs
  • Congratulate upon start

Our Process Is Continuous. Building a Pool of Talent Interested & Qualified to Work in Your Business

  • Initial Succession Planning review onsite with Greenlight People Director to establish clients ideal process & Hot Topics
  • Validate the finer details of the Job Roles for which the client wishes to attract talent
  • Prepare the associated Job Descriptions and Client selling points pack
  • Build a dedicated database in Bullhorn for the clients Talent Pool
  • Begin building the Talent Pool in priority order
  • All candidates in the Talent Pool will have expressed an interest in working for the Client (they may not be aware of the Talent Pool)
  • All candidates in the Talent Pool will have expressed in the role they are shortlisted for

Our process once a vacancy is triggered

  • Client can select directly from their Talent Pool those potential candidates they would like to speak to
  • Greenlight will discuss role with Talent Pool Candidate to confirm they are ready to move if selected
  • Submit to client any “ideal & excited” Hot Talent Pool candidates
  • In parallel we will increase the focus on adding to the Talent Pool for that role
  • Continue the sourcing service using multiple techniques (Job Boards/Internal Databases/Partner Databases/Social Media etc)
  • Build a long list of potential candidates whos profile matches (unlimited)
  • Telephone screening to establish interest, validate capabilities & confirm UK right to work status
  • Shortlist candidates to the Talent Pool (typically to 4-6)
  • Note: Some clients are also interested in Greenlight interviewing internal staff for the Talent Pool on specific roles
  • Telephone/Skype/Face2Face interview to test CV accuracy, sell the client to the candidate and build additional profile
  • Submit to client any additional candidates of interest
  • Organise interviews and prepare candidates for interview
  • Work with the client HR team to set up any pre-tests or assessment centres
  • Manage client feedback & poetntial 2nd interview
