  • Average Lead Time to Present 3 quality CV’s = 11 days
  • Average Lead Time to Placement = 23 days plus notice period

Budget

  • Initial Sourcing and Engagement Fee plus
  • Varied day rates dependent on role type, contract duration & scarcity
  • Payments will be setup by standing order / direct debit to minimise administration

  • Greenlight People maintain a Contractor Database with Live Availability for fast moving roles
  • Validate the finer details of the Job Role, duration & prepare a detail Job Description
  • Build a detailed profile of the Client & their major selling points to a prospective contractor
  • Assess against Greenlight pre-screened Contractor list
  • Discuss role with suitable Contractors
  • Submit to client any “ideal & excited” Suitable Contractors
  • Organise interviews an prepare contractors for interview
  • Manage client feedback & poetntial 2nd interview
  • Broker the Job Offer to ensure all parties are delighted
  • Finalise the commercials between all parties and set up the appropriate cash flow process
  • Agree start date and monitor transition into new role
  • Congratulate upon start

Client Update Meetings

  • Weekly telephone/Skype or onsite meetings as required

Post placement services

  • Request contractor feedback on the Greenlight People process
  • Request client feedback on the Greenlight People process
  • Process all commercial invoicing on a professional and timely basis
  • Schedule monthly check-ups with contractor
  • Request to be considered for future roles
