Telesales Executive (GLP0098)

Location: London – E15 (11 minutes from Hackney Wick station)
Salary: Up to £20,000 (plus OTE of £38,000)
Industry: Logisitics
Contract: Full-time

Our client is looking for an experienced telesales executive to join their team and develop their revenue and relationships with existing accounts.

As a highly reviewed and respected company, they are looking for candidates that can help to uphold their excellent quality of customer service. This is not a traditional telesales role, as there is no cold-calling involved. Your focus will be on customer retention and cross-selling, using a consultative selling approach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone within a telesales executive role to break away from cold-calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with an existing client base, to maximise revenue on accounts
  • Proactively plan, react and manage a sales pipeline
  • Convert opportunities into sales, whilst maintaining a positive relationship
  • Focus on customer retention and their satisfaction
  • You’ll also need to be able to pitch the right cost to secure a profitable margin


  • Minimum 1-2 years B2B telesales executive experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Experience selling office supplies or stationery
